Goals update : 1/31/19

Crafty: Learn brioche knitting, make a garment for me, and get and keep my stash updated on Ravelry.
So I have cast on the Vertex Vest (which is for me). Ravelry stash is updated except for new yarns from January.
Mom: Try new activities with kiddo and stay patient as he tries new things. And to try and leave my phone alone when I am having Bobby specific time.
I don't think we did anything new with kiddo this month. However I started doing more play dough time with him which has been fun. Phone usage varies depending on how touched out I am.
Financial: Try to pay off another student loan this year. ($5k)
So there has been changes here. I decided to try and refinance my loans (ugh) and my application got accepted (yay!). This means that by the end of February instead of having 6 loans, I will only have 1 loan. The repayment period is 10 years which means I will be done paying these off before kiddo goes to college. So 10 years to pay off $40,000. I would love to get that down to $35,000 by the end of the year.
Personal: Start exercising again (running or working out at least once a week, complete the plank challenge (phone app)).
This has been the biggestfail stuggle. I was doing really good for the first week of January but then it fell off. I am doing a group thing via FB starting Sunday and I hope that will get me back into being active.
Overall, Nothing completed but I have made visible progress in 2 out of 4. I think for the Mom goals I need to decide on a thing I want to do every month with the kiddo. That way it have something measureable.
